Your 90-Day Journey

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): Build Your Base
We set clear goals, introduce training that fits your lifestyle, and establish habits that you can actually stick to.

Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8): Progress & Consistency
This is where you’ll start to feel the changes: more energy, stronger lifts, clothes fitting better. Nutrition becomes simpler, and consistency feels natural.

Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Empower & Evolve
You’ll feel in control of your training and nutrition. You’ll see your body and mindset change and you’ll have the confidence to continue, knowing exactly what works for you.

I realise I haven’t shared any client updates in a while, and I thought there’s no better way to get back into it than by highlighting an update from one of my very first clients…

In 2020 when we went I to lockdown I put my name into a hat for an 8 week free course of personal training with Rachel.

I had seen Rachel’s progress on her Instagram and I wanted in. I wanted to look strong, toned – I wanted to lose some baby weight.

Amazingly,my name was pulled out and since that time I have been working on my fitness and strength.

I have learnt many things from Rachel along the way about nutrition, and how to use your training to help you accept yourself.
I have dipped in and out of being an online client for the last two years but I can honestly say that when I am following a programme it works so much better.
It’s for me. It’s for my progress ,for my goals – no one else. I can see the benefits of my training quicker and I am learning to like my body the size and weight that I am. I no longer calorie cut because I like my shape and I am happy with being strong and toned. I like my legs – I’ve never liked my legs!! I wear shorts with pride and show my strong thighs!
Consistency is key and yes it’s not always easy with the old ‘work life balance’. However, I don’t beat myself up any more. If I cant get to the gym I move in other ways.
I go to the gym at least once a week but if I can get there more I will.
My physique has changed – I’m enjoying my body and what it can do a lot more these days.
Its a form of church for me the gym. It helps restore the faith in myself!

8 week progress: Online home PT Programme

I have been watching Rachel’s own personal journey with fitness for a while and have always found her posts inspiring especially her physical updates. I always wanted to try and do the same. I took on this challenge hoping to get a bit fitter and stronger – 8 weeks at home with only a set of dumbbells I wasn’t sure if I was able to change much about my physique but wow oh wow!My body has changed dramatically – a post 2nd baby tummy is much more sculpted and my arms and back are much more toned. Legs are stronger and I can run further and still feel good with little recovery time!

Not only has this helped my physical strength but my mental strength and I feel so much more confident and better about my body. Rachel has been fantastic and supportive all the way through- from the weekly check ins, zoom calls and the nutrition advice. Nothing is forced and it is always based on what you can do ad that you definitely CAN do it!Thank you so very much!! Lets keep it up!
